Dental school?

is it hard to get into UF and/or Nova Southeastern University college of dentistry? I f you have a 3.5 GPA and you shadow a dentist?

Dental school?
You have to factor in your DAT scores also.

Regardless if it's hard or not, apply anyways. Don't cut yourself short. Also apply to others also. My dad told me, "When you fish in the ocean, your fishing pole can catch one fish, but a fishing net can catch you many." You want options.

I applied to 13 :) and now I'm a dentist.
Reply:I'm a dentist.

A 3.5 is definitely a competitive GPA for applying to dental school (assuming that your science GPA is fairly close to that number as well).

The other important number (or numbers, rather) are your DAT scores. You generally want numbers 19 or above in each section.

As for the shadowing, that's just icing on the cake. It's important, but it will never make up for inadequate numbers.
