Should I go to dental school in India?

ok, i got a problem and i'm really stressed out, so help me plzzz:


I'm going to graduate high school in May and going to attend UC Davis for my undergraduate studies but my parents are pressuring me to go to dental school in India because we'll save money and time, so i need to make a decision quickly.


What do you suggest or recommend?


Would it be better to play around $75,000 in India for dental and have it done in about 5 years or stay here and get it done in that 8ish year process?


Also, do I have to do anything when i come back to the US except the test?

Reply:i know people who are indian who went to india for medical schools, like in Punjab and Manipal.....Make sure ur school has contacts here in the US....like in medicine, strong programs for USMLE and contacts with residency, but dont know about dentistry, but the same philosphy applies, when u take the Entrance exam, everybody is equal, and the score will separate u guys.
Reply:i think u should go where YOU WANT TO GO. when i was a senior my dad also wanted me to go to India for medical school, but my parents only asked me once and when i denied it was never brought up again.





please do what ur heart says, do u wanna go to davis or another country? wherever u have always dreamed of going to.
