Does anyone know the major id need to take b4 attending dental school ? what kinda sciences and stuff ?

i've been in dental classes for 2 years now. [[ im a high school senior]]





and im going to a local college to take my mandatory classes , but what do i major as if im transferring over to a dental school ?

Anything science based. Especially Biology, Chemistry, and Anatomy I %26amp; II .
Reply:You can be any major, but you need to take certain classes:





1 year of General Biology (with lab)


1 year of General Chemistry (with lab)


1 year of General Physics (with lab)


1 year of English


1 semester or 1 year of Organic Chemistry (with lab)





It's also possible you'll need a semester of calculus, and a semester of statistics, but those depend on the Dental school you'll be attending. You'll also need to get a high score on the DAT and keep a good GPA.
