I came from Ukraine and i was graduated from Dental School in there, and i have no idea what i have to do to get my degree here, and what dental school should I go to?

What school you want to go to here is your choice. Check the University listings under "medical schools" in your local area, and contact them for advice on exactly what you will need.
What you need is different, depending on your course of study in the other country (in this case Ukraine), your degree, etc.
You will have to take classes here to bring your skills up to licensing standards of the US, and you will have to pass the licensing tests. I know several doctors, veterinarians, and dentists that have come from foreign countries, and it usually takes a couple years of study here before becoming a doctor here. Sometimes more, sometimes less, depending on what exactly you want to do, the options given to you, etc.
But again - a University can give you advice specific to you. Nobody else can say "this is what you need".
